Standards Addressed:

9C1: Understands the importance of collegial activities in building a shared mission, vision, values and goals, participates in collaborative curriculum and staff development meetings and demonstrates the ability to collaborate with his/her cooperating teacher and supervisor to establish relationships in the school, district and community.

Rationale: 

 Documentation of this lesson plan document showcase a culmination of effort to create flexible, engaging, unique, and inspiring dance practices. I hope to show my deep commitment to student success through the thoughtfulness in which I curated each unit and attempted to cater to our growing community of dancers. With a focus on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, these lessons aimed to ignite a passion for dance and equip students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to thrive in this discipline.
